After Tymlor cast Detect Magic and determined that the spear was not magical but the golden pendant exuded auras of Evocation and faintly Abjuration and and Conjuration, the companions met Ayo’s party in the common room of the Unbroken Tusk Inn for an enjoyable night of dinner conversation, where they all got to know each other better, and even some dancing.
The next morning, Speaker Elder Ushru paid the companions a visit regarding the pendant. He said that based on his research, he thought it was one of the Vestiges of Divergence, the Jewel of Three Prayers, and suggested that we seek Taskhand Verin Thelyss in Bazzoxan for more information.
After Tymlor borrowed 17 gold coins from Galsariad, he purchased a pearl from Eee, a goblin merchant in Jigow, whom he now owes 30 gold coins.
The companions invited Ayo’s party to join them and they all headed off later that day down The Emerald Loop toward Bazzoxan.
On the first night they made camp, the small crescent moon grew bright red.
The next day they encountered a pack of four Bristled Moorbounders surrounding a rider on their own Bristled Moorbounder.
