Thunsheer 11-17, 835
The companions headed back toward Urzin.
On the second day, they came across a shaded thicket of withered mangrove trees draped in a sickly veil of rotted kudzu and creeper vines. A moldering wooden raft topped with a single withered post floated near the center of the dark and lonely copse. A gaunt form clung lifelessly to the bottom of the post, recognizable as the weathered skeletal remains of a Dwendalian soldier.
While investigating, they were attacked by swarms of poisonous snakes, but quickly dispatched them.
The companions reached Urzin in the evening and were quickly brought before Lord Buhfal, who thanked them for rescuing Bol'bara and rewarded them, as promised.
The next morning, they departed for Jigow.
As the companions were exiting the swamp, they were approached by a swamp lady, Zybilna, who demanded a precious gift or a grievous task to lift the curse of the marsh. Tok gave up his ring and Tymlor took the dagger required for the task.
On the third day, they were attacked by a Bristled Moorbounder. It was fast but they were able to put it down.
On the evening of the fourth day, the companions entered the Jumble, a large district of tangled roads and single-story buildings in the town of Jigow. Throngs of people, mostly orcs and goblins, moved through the streets, laughing, singing, running, and sightseeing. All were enthralled by the raucous sights and sounds of the town's Festival of Merit.
