July 6
As the giant owls circled overhead, one of the riders called down in elvish. Liolkya responded and they landed.
After explaining the situation to the leader, Killiar, the elves agreed to take the Daring Friends and their company to the outpost, blindfolded, which took multiple trips.
Killiar blew a horn as they approached Starsong Hill, and the blindfolds were removed. The hill was on an island dotted with tents. In the center were three giant trees with elven living structures. Killiar brought them to the listener.
At the House of the Listener, they met Sellyria, an ancient, horned elf in shimmering robes, and The Listener, a younger, horned elf seated in an egg-shaped chair. Camwise spoke with them in elvish and used Mage Hand to show them the map.
Dameron cut off the tip of his ring finger with his sickle in an offering of good faith and convinced them to provide aid. They gifted the Daring Friends with a folding boat.
They visited the Trading Hall where they traded the magic Bagpipes, the Mithril Breastplate, and a Gold Ornament for a Robe of Eyes for Camwise and a Greenscale Shield for Dameron.
They visited the Temple where Camwise sliced off a piece of skin for two Greater Healing Potions.
They returned to the House of the Listener where Watt was waiting in a panic. Camwise cast Detect Thoughts on Watt and they both fell unconscious. Balthasar and Dameron dragged them to the tents that were arranged for them where Gruffudd, Jaervellios, and the others were waiting. Together, they ate and rested for the night.
